We took the family out to the boy's "spot" on Hudson's birthday. We did not have to shovel through the snow like we did for James' birthday in January. We have a picture of our family on Baby James' first birthday with Sydney as a newborn. I was hoping we would have another newborn for Hudson's first birthday. We are so blessed to have Greyson with us!
We spent the afternoon in Holland at Kinderplaatz with some of my sisters and their families (some almost families...) and then went to my parents house for Sweet and Sour Chicken dinner. We had a good day - so much better than a year ago. I am glad Greyson looks like his brothers - it gives me a better idea of what they would have looked like if they would have been born just a little later. Raleigh and Sydney had a great Baby Hudson Day as well. Nothing better than cousins, face painting, and blow up carnival games...oh, cotton candy too...they were so disappointed that we didn't get to go to Tulip Time last year - I think they are making up for 2 years!

Happy Baby Hudson day!! Looking at those pictures of Hudson when he was born still amazes me! I'm sure he loved that the kids were having a big party on his birthday!!
Sorry we missed Hudson's day. You all were in our thoughts and prayers this past weekend. Glad yesterday was a much better day than a year ago! What a special time for your family and to be able to have Greyson here, what a blessing.
It was nice to see you guys on Baby Hudson day. He will always be a part of our family too.
